Buyer / Seller Dispute Resolution Program
Did you know that NCCBOR no longer offers the BBB Buyer /Seller Dispute Resolution Program? This program was eliminated in December 2011. In Paragraph 31 of the State-wide Agreement of Sale, mark NO next to Buyer-Seller Dispute Resolution, there is no addendum. If you have two parties that are interested in going to mediation, NCCBOR can arrange for a non-binding mediation session.

DSHA Announces the Delaware First-Time Home Buyer Tax Credit
Delaware First-Time Homebuyer Tax Credit is a federal income tax credit designed to help make home ownership more affordable to qualified homebuyers. Homebuyers who elect to use the tax credit are eligible to claim a portion of the annual interest paid on their mortgage as a special tax credit. MORE>

Effective, April 12, 2013 NCC no longer have DPS funding They do have have plenty of VHAPII funds.
Feel free to contact Marva Wood, Director of the YWCA's Financial Empowerment Program regarding qualifying clients for Down Payment Assistance if you planned on utilizing DPS.
