NCCBOR's 2012 Installation of Officers and Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast- 01/25

Major General Francis D.Vavala, the Adjutant General of the DE National Guard installed the 2012 NCCBOR President Eric Braunstein at the Sheraton Wilmington South Hotel, along with Officers: Joseph Poole, RE/MAX Associates – President-Elect, Lynette Scott, Prudential Fox & Roach – Vice President, Jim Pratzner, RE/MAX Associates – Treasurer & Gina McCollum-Crowder, RE/MAX Associates – Immediate Past President. The new Directors affirming their oath of office were: Michael Dunning - Patterson-Schwartz & Associates, Judith Kolodgie - ERA Cole Realty, Clayton Ridings - Preferred Inspections, Inc. and Diane Salvatore -Patterson-Schwartz & Associates. Hitting new heights, the NCCBOR YPN Group followed up on their opening success with one heck of a networking event on Thursday 01/12/12! Congratulations to Jim Peffley, the new DCIC President

DCIC is pleased to announce that James M. Peffley joined DCIC as the President of the Company and its affiliates. Jim brings a unique combination of experience and skills to DCIC that will enable the organization to remain a vibrant and well-managed organization. He brings a combination of national experience and relationships in the affordable housing industry, as well as extensive experience managing Delaware’s housing programs. Through his work with Fannie Mae over the last nine years, Jim has partnered with housing and community development leaders throughout the country to expand housing opportunities in nearly every state. In addition to his broad experience with Fannie Mae, he spent over a decade with the Delaware State Housing Authority as a senior manager working on various affordable housing programs. Not only is Jim a leader in the national affordable housing and community development movement, he brings to DCIC extensive lending, credit, compliance and asset management experience.
