We just had a migration from one data management system to another. If you are attempting to log-in, immediately under the login and password you will see the phrase. . trouble – click here for IMS. .
Do that and then you will see the original sign in screen. Use the same logon stuff you normally would use. . the screen will look different for now. . still working on it... you know tech people but this is where you would go normally for forms and such. . but without all the bells and whistles you are presently accustomed too.

Buyer / Seller Dispute Resolution Program
Did you know that NCCBOR no longer offers the BBB Buyer /Seller Dispute Resolution Program? This program was eliminated in December 2011. In Paragraph 31 of the State-wide Agreement of Sale, mark NO next to Buyer-Seller Dispute Resolution, there is no addendum. If you are a NCCBOR member and you have two parties that are interested in going to mediation, NCCBOR can arrange for a non-binding mediation session.
Make a Difference - Real Estate Transfer Tax (RTT)
Governor Markell’s outgoing budget raises the RTT a full 1%, to a total of 4%, and takes .25% from the counties, leaving the split 2.75% to the state, 1.25% to the counties. For a $250,000 home that means another $2,500 in cash at the closing table. Is That Good For Your Business?

Competitive Market Analysis ("CMA")
In a recent newsletter the term "listing" was substituted for signed Agreement of Sale. Licensees may perform a competitive market analysis as part of providing real estate services. However, a licensee shall not perform a competitive market analysis for the mortgagee on a property that is the subject of a signed agreement of sale. Read the details HERE>
