This type of membership is for you if:

• Your primary REALTOR® membership is with another local association such as Kent County or Cecil County but you wish to join NCCBOR, as well.

Fees to Join NCCBOR as a Secondary Member (March Prorated Amount):

• $433.33 (including one-time NCCBOR $250 application fee)

Fees to join NCCBOR as a Secondary Member with Membership to the Delaware Association of REALTORS® (March Prorated Amount):

• $725.00 (including DAR dues of $166.67, one-time NCCBOR $250 application fee, and one-time DAR $125 application fee)

This type of membership is for you if:

• You want to join as a non-REALTOR® member; Attorneys, home inspectors, lenders, etc

• Corporate Affiliate Memberships are held by corporation affiliates (e.g. Citizens Bank, GEICO Insurance) and are transferrable to people within your company only. Click here to apply

  • One-time application fee of $250 when joining NCCBOR
  • Total: $541.70 (March Prorated Amount)

• Individual Affiliate Memberships are held by individuals affiliate companies not associated with any corporations. Click here to apply

  • One-time application fee of $250 when joining NCCBOR
  • Total: $541.70 (March Prorated Amount)

• Secondary Affiliate Memberships are for individuals joining the Board with an office that is already an NCCBOR Affiliate member. Click here to apply
  • Membership Dues: $83.30
  • One-time application fee of $250 when joining NCCBOR
  • Total: $333.30 (March Prorated Amount)

Other Fees:

• $150 New Office Establishment Fee: Applies for new offices only
