Licensing Information, Brokerage Changes, and More!
Transferring Brokerages
If you are transferring from one brokerage to another, your first step is to submit a Service Change Request through the Delaware Professional Regulation Online Services (DELPROS) system at:
As part of this process, you will need to complete and upload the Request for License Transfer form.
This form must be signed by both:
- Releasing Broker — your relinquishing/previous broker
- Employing Broker — your accepting/new broker
Once the transfer request has been submitted to the State, please forward a copy of the signed Request for License Transfer form to NCCBOR so we can ensure your information is updated with:
- NCCBOR
- NAR
- SentriLock, if applicable
Please also confirm your preferred email address for association records.
If you are transferring into a referral company, once you provide the signed transfer form or confirmation of your service change request from DREC, NCCBOR can update or drop your membership accordingly.
