Buyer or Seller Dispute Resolution is a service that is available to clients and customers of real estate firms who are members of the New Castle County Board of REALTORS® and the Better Business Bureau of Delaware.
If your REALTOR® firm is not a member of the New Castle County Board of REALTORS® and the BetterBusiness Bureau of Delaware, then Dispute Resolution Service may still be available to you, but at a different cost to the participants.
