If you are having a problem with your Activekey please contact Supra Technical Support at 1-877-699-6786 (number is located on back of the Activekey) prior to contacting the Board office. After speaking with Supra Technical Support, if you are directed to contact the Board office, the NCCBOR staff will be happy to assist you. If you are instructed to have a replacement Activekey issued, please be sure to bring the Activekey and reference # with you to the Board office. If you are interested in an eKey please view compatible devices at www.supraekey.com and contact Support at 1-877 699-6787 if you have a question about a specific device. Please check with Supra to make sure the adaptor for the iPhone is compatible with an iPhone hard case.

Need a KeyCard?

To setup a key issuance and training appointment, agents (including new agents) must call:

All agents must bring with them to the appointment: the KeyCard Usage Agreement signed by their broker, all appropriate fees and supply a unique 4-digit numeric pin number to be programmed into your KeyCard. A KeyCard cannot be issued without an appointment or the signed KeyCard Usage Agreement. Appointments last approximately 30 minutes and include training. KeyCards will not be issued on New Member Orientation dates.

Attention! To all Brokers/Office Managers:

Do you have a lot of agents in your office with KeyCard questions? If so, the NCCBOR staff will be happy to attend a sales meeting to provide KeyCard information to your agents. To arrange for a staff person to attend a sales meeting, call 302-762-4800, ext. 110 to setup an appointment.

NCCBOR issues LockBoxes to Brokers only. As an agent, if you should need a LockBox, please contact your Broker. For questions regarding derelict LockBoxes, please contact:
