Having a problem with your keycard? Please contact Supra Technical Support at 1-877-699-6787 (located on the back of your keycard) prior to contacting the Board office. After speaking with Supra Technical Support, if you are directed to contact the Board office, the NCCBOR staff will be happy to assist you. Please be sure to have your keycard in hand when contacting Supra in order for support agents to better serve you. If you are having difficulty e-syncing, be sure to contact Technical Support from your cradle location.
Need a keycard? Agents must (including new agents) call Jessica Graae at the Board office at 302-762-4800, ext. 10 or by e-mail at jgraae@nccbor.com to setup an appointment. All agents must bring to the appointment a unique 4-digit numeric pin number to be programmed into your keycard, the Keycard Usage Agreement signed by their broker and all of the appropriate fees. A keycard cannot be issued without an appointment or the signed Keycard Usage Agreement. Appointments last approximately 30 minutes and include training. Any and all requests for Keycards will not be issued during New Member Orientation.
Attention! To all Brokers/Office Managers: Do you have a lot of agents in your office with keycard questions? If so, the NCCBOR staff will be happy to attend a sales meeting to provide keycard information to your agents. To arrange for a staff person to attend a sales meeting, contact Jessica Graae either by calling the board office at 302-762-4800, ext. 10 or by email at jgraae@nccbor.com to setup an appointment.
