Continuing Education On-Site
The New Castle County Board of REALTORS® (NCCBOR) offers a variety of educational seminars from the traditional classroom setting to online seminars for members to obtain their necessary Continuing Education credits for renewal of their license.
On-site courses are held at NCCBOR Education Facility located at 3615 Miller Road unless otherwise noted.
In addition to Continuing Education seminars and licensing courses, NCCBOR offers a variety of brown bag lunches covering an assortment of topics to assist members in enhancing their real estate career and professionalism. NCCBOR Staff is hard at work planning future Continuing Education classes.

- Please note that there is a $15 Administration fee per class attended for NCCBOR Members
- Non Members pay $75.00 for a 3 credit class and $150.00 for a 6 credit class (currently, the only 6 credit class we offer is the Brokers Core)
- There is a $25 no-show / late cancellation fee for NCCBOR Members; all non-members are subject to zero refunds for no-shows / late cancellations

SHOWCASE 2012 - Continuing Education
NCCBOR membership has its privileges. SHOWCASE '12 continues to offer FREE Continuing Education under its new format for members. Three days to choose from at three different locations. March 13, March 20 and March 27th. Classes in the morning and classes in the afternoon. Come out for a continental breakfast, stay for lunch and on the 27th stay after for the DE Housing Opportunity Fund's Cocktail fund raiser.
