It is the mission of the Department of Real Estate and Housing to help Wilmington residents meet basic social and economic needs through the creation of suitable living environments, the provision of decent housing and the creation of economic opportunities

The Property Disposition Program encourages individuals and entities to submit proposal forms for the acquisition of City of Wilmington owned properties.
