From I-95 South:                                                                 
• Take Exit 8, Route 202 South
• After entering Route 202, You must move into the far left lane
• Follow the directional sign to Broom Street/Miller Road 
• Remain in far left lane of traffic crossing under a railroad bridge
• Turn left at the traffic signal onto Broom Street which becomes Miller Road (it changes names)
• NCCBOR is on Miller Road on the left, about 1/2 mile - 3615 Miller Road
• Across from the Miller Road Shopping Center (a Home Depot is in the shopping center)


From I-95 North:
Take Exit 8, Route 202 South
Follow the directional sign to Broom Street/Miller Road
Travel through the intersection and make a hard right entering into a left turn lane. 
Continue South on Route 202 traveling under a railroad bridge and ending at a traffic signal
Turn left at the traffic signal onto Broom Street which becomes Miller Road (it changes names)
NCCBOR is on Miller Road on the left, about 1/2 mile - 3615 Miller Road
Across from the Miller Road Shopping Center (a Home Depot is in the shopping center)                                         

From Route 202 South:
Take Route 202 South, past Route I-95 interchange
You must get into the far left lane
Follow the directional sign to Broom Street/Miller Road 
Continue south on Route 202 traveling under a railroad bridge and ending at a traffic signal
Turn left at the traffic signal onto Broom Street                                 
NCCBOR is on Miller Road on the left, about 1/2 mile - 3615 Miller Road
Across from the Miller Road Shopping Center (a Home Depot is in the shopping center

From Route 202 North:
• Take Route 202 North through Wilmington
• Turn right onto Baynard Blvd.
• Turn right onto N. Broom Street
•     N. Broom Street becomes Miller Road
• NCCBOR is on Miller Road on the left, about 1/4 mile - 3615 Miller Road
• Across from the Miller Road Shopping Center (a Home Depot is in the shopping center)


From the Blue Route: 
• Take I-476 South and merge onto I-95 South
•

After entering into Delaware, follow the above "From I-95 South" directions
